The Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed in the College as per the KUHS Guidelines to redress the grievances of the students.

A Sick student can utilise the facilities in the parent hospital 24x7. The OPD consultation is free of cost, and the student can avail of a 10 % off on all the treatment procedures in case of admission. A sick room is provided in the hostel. An annual medical checkup is done. The physical fitness assessment is done quarterly, every 3 months

The college council is constituted as per the guidelines laid by KUHS. The committee serves as the forum for maintaining academic standards and renders suggestions pertaining to the internal affairs of the college.

The College has a well-functioning students' union constituted as per the regulations laid by the university. Elections are conducted, and the representatives are elected democratically. The programs are planned along with the SNA.

A dedicated unit focused on combating drug abuse and alcohol misuse in the campus and in the hostel premises. The cell periodically organises awareness programs including street plays and skits, educates students and the public on the dangers of drugs and alcohol and reports any observed drug use to the relevant authorities.

A Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is an organisation that brings together parents and teachers to collaborate and support students' education and well-being. It provides a platform for open communication, joint problem-solving, and collective action to enhance the learning environment. There is an active PTA functioning in the college. The members are elected during the general meetings. Executive meetings are held periodically. General meetings are held twice an year. Batch-wise PTA is held three times a year.
